Our Home of the Brave

There is an elite, name in America; it’s called the “Home Of the Brave”
None other fits America, for, every country, we try to save…
We send our children, brothers, sisters, husbands, uncles and wives.
Also there go our cousins, nephews and nieces, all to save lives.

We have the very best troupes here of any country, anywhere…
Anyone who thinks there’s one better, let them to pack up and go there.
We have fought wars for many, countries, from the goodness of hearts
Of the American men, and women, who, our shores will keep alert.

We came here to a new Country, to be free to worship as we please
To a Savior, whom we pray to, we go to His Altar, on our knees.
Wonderful Jesus brought us here, from afar, from way, across the sea
And I'm so grateful to be here among our hero’s. Lord, thank Thee.

Thank Thee Lord, for the hundred and two, one died and one born,
At sea, on the Mayflower, of 1620. Those who died we do mourn.
They thought a better way of life, and all these years we have strived,
To do well too, in all humanity, and I believe our ship has arrived!

Our guys, and girls will be home soon; let us pamper them with love.
Let us acknowledge the achievement, overseas, and those gone above.
God take care of them, all; bring all the rest home safely, here.
When we see them coming, let us welcome them with a big, Hug. and cheers.
