Dear God, let your holy Light burn bright in my life.
Let me, for Thy sake, overcome all bitterness and strife.
I praise Thee and love Thee, each and every day.
You bring peace and protection from prayers I pray.

Lord, let your light, so burn that I will learn, Thy way;
To do Thy deeds, to plant Thy seed, all the day.
Let my heart give all glory and praise unto Thee
And let me, one day, in Heaven, with Thee, be.

I must count the miracles that have come to me and mine
Through Thy loving kindness, so gloriously divine.
Let me feel Thy Light, that, surely, I might
Answer Thee in holy prayer and live my life by Thy sight.

All glory and honor, all praise belongs to Thee.
Help me make my light to shine bright, for others to see
The goodness and mercy that surrounds us each day;
To help others to give their love to Thee this way.

Keep Thy Light of protection about each and all
Who love Thee, Lord, and give unto Thee a call
To come into their life. Make their hearts a home for You,
That they'll have the beam of Thy Light shining in them, too.
