John 27: through 31 KJV (par.)
Let not your heart be troubled.
Do not shed tears in vain.
I will visit you often,
Giving unto you sunshine and rain.
I will be in the cool mountaintop
And in the valley's trees.
I will be unto your own soul,
That I love, as a cool breeze.
I will send the eagle, flying o'er the sky.
Put your trust in me.
I will give you peace, not as the world
But, as shining victory.
I left my peace with thee,
When I went away from the world.
I will return unto you, as I told you before;
My word unfurled.
You have heard me say,
"go away and come again," rejoice
If you love me. For, I come, again, to you.
Hear my voice.
Peace I leave with you, now,
And peace I give as I go away.
I will come, again, and we shall rejoice,
Together, in that day.
Hasten to my words,
That thy life may prosper in all things.
Hearken to my words, often,
And true gladness it brings.
O glory, to the Father and the Son,
That we may be of them,
With our life filled with glory;
All our sins very dim.
I told you I would go away.
When it happened, you would believe.
Hereafter I will not talk much with you.
He, of the world, comes to deceive.
So the world may know I love the Father,
He told me what to do.
The Father gave me commandments.
Even so, I give to you.
He will come again!
